1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) EST (New York) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders after cut-off time are processed the next business day.
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday). Note: During peak shopping seasons and holidays, processing and shipping may be delayed. We will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible!
  • No processing on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Options & Transit Time

Shipping Origin: China

Shipping destination: USA, UK, Australia, Canada only

Transit Times:

  • Standard delivery: 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • VIP fast shipping: 5–10 business days (arrives ~5 days faster than Standard).
  • Total Delivery Time: 8–17 business days (varies by location and shipping method).

NOTE: Shipping speeds for Standard and VIP Express shipping are different. VIP Express shipping is significantly faster.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking numbers are emailed after shipment.
  • Track via the carrier’s website.
  • No tracking email? Contact us after handling time (1–2 days).

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Check tracking first for updates.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
  • Lost packages? Contact support immediately.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • You must provide a correct address.
  • Contact us immediately if errors are found pre-shipment.
  • We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect customer-provided addresses.
