Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • We accept  returns of both defective  and  non-defective  products.
  • Returns must  be initiated within 30 days  of receiving the order .
  • The item must be returned  in brand new condition , unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for  the cost of mailing the product back to us .
  • We do not charge any  return handling fees  .

2. Stock Exchange

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can apply for replacement within 30 days of receiving your order .
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will provide a full refund.

3. Refund

  • After receiving your returned goods and completing inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-7 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your original payment method.
  • The refund will be returned to  original payment method used when purchasing .
  • You will receive a confirmation email after the refund is processed.
  • Shipping costs  are non-refundable  unless the return is due to product defect or incorrect shipment.。.

4. Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to the customer's own fault, the customer should bear the shipping costs.
  • If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.

5. How to initiate a return or exchange?

  2. We will provide a return address and instructions.
  3. Please pack the goods properly and return them to us.
